London Architectural Hardware collaborated with the client and the main carpentry contractor for this incredible project. The new ten-storey residential building boasts 221 apartments, ranging from studio suites to four-bedroom penthouses, all exquisitely designed by PLP Architecture. Among its many outstanding features, Lincoln Square offers unparalleled residential amenities over 17,000 sq ft (1,600 sq m) of space, designed by world-class designer Patricia Urquiola.
Overlooking the LSE library, the former Land Registry Building, New Square Chambers, and the Royal Courts of Justice opened by Queen Victoria in 1882, Lincoln Square provides breathtaking views of the iconic London skyline. Visitors can marvel at St Paul’s Cathedral, the Shard, and the Gherkin while enjoying this exceptional development.

Lincoln Square, constructed by Multiplex, is a residential development located in London’s Holborn neighbourhood. It features 221 studios, one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments, complete with underground parking facilities and a state-of-the-art leisure complex.
We contributed towards the unique interiors of the project, designed to reflect London’s heritage, using materials inspired by the area including wooden floors and bespoke veined marble features made by the finest craftsmen. Together with the main carpentry contractor, we ensured our bronze finishes complemented the overall aesthetic.
We ensured that the overall vision of the interiors was realised, which meant that Lincoln Square could attract buyers with a keen eye for detail and quality.
